If you are not fit enough to be on your feet for four hours or more without a rest your golf will suffer and you will hit bad shots needlessly. Why not try these 3 great golf fitness tips. They have helped me and my golf game is the better for being fitter. 1. Before teeing off try swinging two golf clubs instead of one. As you do this a few times you will notice you have to swing at a certain rhythm otherwise you won&#8217;t be able to swing them at all. Give it a try and you will see what I mean. 2. To strengthen your fingers and hands I squeeze a squash ball a few times. Try to squeeze as hard as you can.
